Ecclesiastical Tribunal of Serrai brings a suit against the Isaris family because of their pretensions to the inheritance of the late son-in-law Geōrgios Stanesēs. With statement of month, indiction, year and the witnesses' signatures (some in Church Slavic in Cyrillic script). Paper original, no seal, 64 lines (without signatures), 78 x 30 cm, with spotting due to moisture on the right side, in the middle and at the end thus partly damaging the signatures. With one paper manuscript copy of unknown date, no seal, 65 lines (without signatures), 68 x 29 cm, extensively damaged (with spotting that obscures all signatures except the first).
